What types of events can you stream?

We can handle a wide variety of events, from small private functions to large corporate meetings, concerts, and conferences. If you have an event in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out and we can discuss the details.

How much advance notice do you require for an event?

Ideally, we prefer to have at least two weeks’ notice for an event. This allows us enough time to plan, prepare, and deliver the highest quality streaming experience. However, we understand that sometimes last-minute needs arise and we strive to be as flexible as possible.

What equipment do you use for streaming?

We utilize professional-grade video and audio equipment to ensure the highest quality live stream. This includes cameras, microphones, mixers, and live production switchers.

What platforms can you stream to?

We can live stream your event to a variety of platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch, LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo and many more. If you have a specific platform in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

How many cameras can you use for an event?

The number of cameras depends on the package you choose. Our Basic package includes one stationary camera, while the for custom needs, we can do up to eight.

What happens if there are technical difficulties during the event?

We have experienced technicians on-site to quickly handle any technical issues that may arise during the event. We will do our best to ensure a seamless streaming experience for our clients.

What is included in your pricing?

Our pricing includes all aspects of the live streaming process: pre-event consultation and planning, on-site setup and teardown, live event production, and post-event wrap-up.

Can I stream to multiple platforms at once?

We can stream your event to multiple platforms simultaneously. Just let us know your preference in advance, and we’ll set everything up for you.

Do I need a fast internet connection for live streaming?

A good internet connection is crucial for streaming. We recommend at least 5 Mbps upload speed for HD quality. However, if the venue’s internet isn’t optimal – we have a mobile data backup ready to ensure a smooth streaming experience.

Can I have a copy of the live stream after the event?

Yes, we can provide a recorded copy of the live stream after the event concludes. This is included in all of our streaming packages.
